Paddling Safety & Assumption of Risk
Let's Go Paddle provides a platform for users to organize and connect for paddling trips. Let's Go Paddle is not the organizer, guide, outfitter, safety officer, or supervisor of this trip.
Paddling and other water activities involve inherent risks, including changing weather and water conditions, currents, tides, obstacles, equipment failure, injury, drowning, and other hazards.
As the person creating this trip, you are responsible for accurately describing the trip to the best of your knowledge. Each participant remains responsible for evaluating conditions, their own abilities, appropriate equipment, and whether the trip is safe and appropriate for them.
I understand that this is a user-organized trip, that Let's Go Paddle does not determine whether the trip is safe, and that paddling involves inherent risks. I agree to the Let's Go Paddle Terms of Service.
Before You Join This Trip
This is a user-organized paddling trip. Let's Go Paddle provides the platform that allows paddlers to connect, but does not organize, guide, supervise, inspect, or determine the safety of this trip.
Conditions can change rapidly. Information provided by the trip organizer or other users may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
Before participating, you are responsible for evaluating the weather, water conditions, route, difficulty, your paddling abilities, your equipment, and any other risks associated with the trip.
Participation is voluntary, and paddling involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury or death.
I understand that this is a user-organized trip and that Let's Go Paddle does not determine whether the trip is safe. I understand the inherent risks of paddling and voluntarily choose to participate. I agree to the Let's Go Paddle Terms of Service.
